Our team prepares and submits the paperwork for you, working directly with your municipality.
4. Confirm Your Home

Once approvals are in place, your home moves into production.

We provide full site and foundation preparation so your home arrives to a site that is ready, stable, and properly connected.
6. Delivery

Homes typically arrive within 3-6 months of ordering.
